Job Description
This role involves supporting contract management processes for GIS software services, including risk analysis, negotiations, administration, and research to ensure compliance and mitigate risks across various contract types within a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the contracting process through project cycle stages including review, development, formation, negotiation, administration, and closeout.
- Manage contract administration workload across various business sectors.
- Provide guidance on contracting processes, procedures, and application to different contract types.
- Oversee application of contract terms, conditions, and corporate policies during contracting activities.
- Review technical scopes of work to identify contractual risks and ensure compliance.
- Apply negotiation and administration skills to all aspects of contracting.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of contract administration purchasing experience.
- An understanding of how to manage contracting basic outlines and relationship for consistent data entry and research of contract questions.
- Ability to multi-task and remain flexible in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with a diverse team and a variety of project management team members.
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US (Visa sponsorship is not available).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Political Science, Paralegal, or related field.
- Experience utilizing a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) System.
