Job Description
This role involves supporting cross-channel marketing campaigns by coordinating advertising and email efforts, analyzing performance data, and optimizing in-market engagement to ensure effective activation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement cross-channel sequencing and prioritization decisions for advertising and email campaigns
- Assist strategists in aligning activation decisions across channels
- Coordinate execution timing and adjustments across campaigns
- Produce performance reports and conduct basic analysis to support activation and optimization
- Monitor in-market engagement patterns to identify optimization opportunities
- Track engagement signals and flag potential adjustments in channel roles or timing
- Research emerging activation opportunities, channels, and technologies to inform future planning
Requirements
- Three years of experience in digital marketing, campaign activation, or performance driven marketing roles.
- Ability to produce performance reports and conduct basic analysis to support activation and optimization decisions.
- Experience supporting advertising, email, or integrated digital campaigns.
- Experience collaborating with strategists, creatives, analytics partners, and cross functional stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly summarize findings and observations.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Occasional travel may be required up to 20%, with travel needs potentially varying based on business requirements.
