Job Description
A Brand Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies, creating compelling content, analyzing market data, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance brand visibility and engagement across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to support brand growth
- Contribute to campaign planning, messaging, and brand development efforts
- Analyze customer requirements, market dynamics, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support decision-making and measure campaign effectiveness
- Create and execute brand content across digital, social, print, and event channels
- Support the creation, refinement, and implementation of the company's brand identity and visual assets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in channel marketing, including developing and executing integrated and digital marketing campaigns
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrating strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and digital marketing tools
