Job Description
A Brand Marketing Specialist responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, creating compelling content, analyzing data to support decision-making, and collaborating across teams to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to support brand growth
- Support campaign planning, messaging frameworks, and positioning strategies
- Analyze market data, customer requirements, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support decision-making and measure campaign effectiveness
- Create and execute brand content across digital, social, print, and event channels
- Contribute to the creation, refinement, and implementation of the company's brand identity and visual assets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand guidelines adherence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in channel marketing, including developing and executing integrated and digital marketing campaigns
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrating strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and digital marketing tools
