Job Description
This role involves supporting the delivery and management of GIS consulting projects by creating plans, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and maintaining strong client relationships within a professional services team at Esri, a leader in spatial analytics technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage scope, schedule, and budget for consulting activities
- Track, identify, and mitigate risks in consulting projects
- Collaborate with business functions to ensure successful program delivery
- Manage multiple service engagements and maintain client relationships
- Provide regular updates and risk assessments to internal stakeholders
- Validate engagement artifacts through evaluation of work plans and documentation
- Support regional coordinators by sharing resources and knowledge
- Identify regional and national trends for successful technology implementation
Requirements
- Two years of professional experience in a similar position supporting similar responsibilities.
- Demonstrated experience supporting the development of project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Ability to develop productive, strong relationships with internal teams and customers to meet targeted objectives.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple engagements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational, time management, presentation, and writing skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, agile, and team-oriented attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Information Systems, or a related field.
