Job Description
Provides administrative support to the Global Business Development team by coordinating meetings, travel, onboarding, and workflow processes, while ensuring smooth office operations and assisting with policy communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily requests including meetings, events, travel, and conference registrations
- Assist with onsite vendor visits and provide meeting coordination and IT support
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires, interns, and contractors
- Coordinate workflow processes across divisions to handle team requests
- Analyze workflows and develop creative administrative solutions
- Respond to employee inquiries about administrative policies and communicate updates to management
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with administrative work involving inquiry and recommendations that led to the improvement of administrative procedures, practices, or programs
- Demonstrated ability to work in a complex department, maintain diverse sets of information, and apply policies and guidelines
- Motivation and passion for getting work done in a consistent and thoughtful way, both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to organize work and meet deadlines while faced with many interruptions and competing priorities
- Refined written and verbal communication skills that provide clear and concise information which can be used in reports and formal correspondence
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with a variety of online systems
- High school diploma
- Ability and willingness to obtain security clearance
- Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute
- Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce (preferred but not mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
