Job Description
This role involves leveraging geospatial technology and industry knowledge to build relationships, develop strategies, and drive sales within the infrastructure sector, supporting customers in optimizing their use of Esri's GIS solutions and expanding business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships and develop location strategies for organizations
- Maintain a pipeline of business growth opportunities with new and existing customers
- Understand customer needs, industry knowledge, and key stakeholders
- Use solution selling to address customer challenges and articulate Esri technology's value
- Execute account management and sales processes to meet opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement account strategies
- Research and pursue professional development to anticipate customer needs
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management experience.
- Experience creating partnerships and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with customers.
- Understanding of account planning and opportunity strategy creation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of GIS and new technology trends and the ability to translate this into solutions for customers.
- Ability to negotiate, present, and support visual storytelling across all levels of an organization.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%.
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, surveying, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship is not available).

Base salary range of $72,800 to $131,040 USD
