Job Description

This role involves developing and managing customer relationships in various commercial industries by leveraging GIS technology, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs through sales and consulting efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships and develop location strategies for organizations.
  • Maintain a pipeline of business growth opportunities for new and existing customers.
  • Understand customer needs, industry knowledge, and key stakeholders to tailor GIS solutions.
  • Execute account management and sales processes to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to define and implement account strategies.
  • Present solutions and demonstrate the value of Esri technology through visual storytelling and technical presentations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management experience.
  • Experience creating partnerships and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with customers.
  • Understanding of account management, account planning, and opportunity strategy creation.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of GIS and new technology trends and the ability to translate this into solutions for customers.
  • Ability to negotiate, present, and support visual storytelling across all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50% of the time.

  • Bachelor’s degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field.

Base salary range of $93,600 to $176,800 USD
