Job Description
The role involves selling complex geospatial solutions, building relationships with customers, and implementing strategies to enhance the adoption of Esri technology. The position requires collaboration with a team to optimize customer success and identify growth opportunities in high technology and large services sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships and implement location strategies for organizations.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of business growth opportunities.
- Leverage social media to build a professional network.
- Participate and present at trade shows, workshops, and seminars.
- Demonstrate industry knowledge relevant to GIS applications.
- Identify key stakeholders and understand customer budgeting processes.
- Use solution selling skills to address customer needs and challenges.
- Articulate the strength and value of Esri technology.
- Conduct research and pursue professional development.
- Execute account management and sales processes.
- Support visual storytelling and propose customer solutions.
- Collaborate with teams across Esri to define account strategies.
Requirements
- 3 years of enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management experience.
- Experience creating partnerships and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with customers.
- Understanding of account management, account planning, and opportunity strategy creation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of GIS, complex solution selling, new technology trends, and the ability to translate this into solutions for customers.
- Able to negotiate, present, and support visual storytelling across all levels of an organization.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50% of the time.
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field.

Compensation/salary range: 83,200 - 143,520 USD
