This role involves building relationships and providing GIS-based solutions to clients in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry, focusing on expanding the adoption of Esri technology through account management, strategic planning, and industry expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Build relationships and develop location strategies for organizations
Maintain a pipeline of business growth opportunities with new and existing customers
Understand customer needs, industry knowledge, and key stakeholders
Demonstrate the value of Esri technology related to the AEC industry
Execute account management and sales processes to meet opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement account strategies
Conduct research and professional development to anticipate customer needs
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management experience.
Experience creating partnerships and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with customers.
Understanding of account planning and opportunity strategy creation.
Demonstrated knowledge of AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry and new technology trends, with the ability to translate this knowledge into solutions for customers.
Ability to negotiate, present, and support visual storytelling across all levels of an organization.
Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%.
Bachelor's degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field.
