Job Description
The Wetlands 404 Expert will assist federal and state clients in implementing all aspects of Section 404 of the Clean Water Act, providing regulatory support and expertise in wetlands management and related programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist federal and state clients in implementing all aspects of Section 404 of the Clean Water Act.
- Support the development of similar state programs for non-Waters of the United States.
- Provide expertise and guidance on wetlands regulation and permitting processes.
