ERG is a research and consulting firm that provides a wide range of support to federal, state, and commercial clients.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, along with a minimum of 8 years of subcontract administration experience, particularly in the acquisition of professional services
Familiarity with GSA Multiple Award Schedules (especially professional services), U.S. EPA contracting, and/or DoD contracting preferred (but other experience is welcome)
Demonstrated experience independently preparing, negotiating, and administering subcontract agreements
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe, with strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate, well-organized records
Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Contractor Purchasing System Reviews (CPSR)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build Vendor relations
