Certification as an American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Inspector (CQI)
6+ years of experience performing quality assurance inspections and administering quality control programs
2+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead quality role
Demonstrated experience inspecting complex components and systems
Strong ability to interpret and apply blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications
Experience planning and conducting audits and evaluating procedural compliance
Proven ability to analyze production data, identify recurring defects, perform root cause analysis, and recommend process improvements
Must currently hold or be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret-level security clearance
Must be a U.S. citizen as this position is not eligible for Limited Access Authorizations
