The HVAC Technician role involves performing maintenance, installation, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, including mechanical, electrical, and low-voltage controls, primarily supporting facilities projects for a Department of Defense client at a federal site in Indian Head, Maryland.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with HVAC installations, routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting related to mechanical, electrical, and low-voltage controls.
Perform HVAC maintenance support for facilities projects.
Scope, estimate, and plan for minor HVAC repair projects.
Prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Must have mid- to senior-level experience as a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician.
Must be capable of assisting with HVAC installations, routine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting related to mechanical, electrical, and low-voltage controls.
Must be capable of scoping, estimating, and planning for minor HVAC repair projects.
Must be highly motivated with the skills to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
