Construction Project Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field • At least 7 years of experience in construction management and leadership, preferably within federal, military, or highly regulated environments • Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation, Unified Facilities Guide Specifications, and federal construction processes • Experience managing schedules, contract compliance, and field execution • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills • Experience with vertical new construction, building renovation, and civil and site infrastructure construction projects • Experience with construction building codes and permitting processes • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred • Must currently hold or be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret-level security clearance • Must be a U.S. citizen as this position is not eligible for Limited Access Authorizations
