Job Description
The Building Automation Systems (BAS) Controls Technician will perform installation, programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance of HVAC and BAS control systems for a Department of Defense client, requiring mid- to senior-level experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform HVAC and BAS control systems installation
- Program, troubleshoot, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Scope, estimate, and plan for minor repair projects
Requirements
- Mid- to senior-level experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS) controls.
- Experience in HVAC and BAS control systems installation, programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks related to mechanical, electrical, and HVAC system operations and monitoring.
- Capability of scoping, estimating, and planning for minor repair projects.
- Ability to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- On-site work at a federal site in Indian Head, Maryland.
