Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology , Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or a related field is required.
Key Responsibilities
- SharePoint Online and Project Platform Architecture
- Drive architecture, design, configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of SharePoint Online and Project Server / Project Online solutions.
- Design secure and scalable site architectures, information architectures, hub sites, metadata models, content types, document libraries, lists, permissions models, search experiences, project sites, templates, workflows, and reporting structures.
- Partner with business teams to gather requirements, assess business processes, and deliver collaboration and project management solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
- Modernize legacy SharePoint sites, workflows, InfoPath forms, SharePoint Designer customizations, file shares, and unsupported solutions into modern Microsoft 365 capabilities.
- Maintain platform architecture standards, design documentation, implementation patterns, support models, and operational guardrails.
- Troubleshoot advanced SharePoint and Project platform issues related to permissions, access, workflows, forms, search, lists, libraries, web parts, customizations, and integrations.
Requirements
- Microsoft 365 tenant administration, including service health monitoring, Message Center review, roadmap impact assessment, and collaboration service governance.
- Experience with Entra ID identity governance concepts, including service principals, managed identities, conditional access dependencies, federation, and entitlement reviews.
- Experience with Microsoft Purview, data loss prevention, retention, sensitivity labels, information protection, audit, or compliance configuration.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot governance, or AI-enabled productivity platforms.
- Experience with Proofpoint, Exchange Online, email security operations, or cross-platform collaboration/security dependencies.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and formal deployment governance.
- Experience with Microsoft Graph, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Dataverse, custom connectors, or API-based integrations.
- Experience with DISA STIGs or similar hardening standards.
- Knowledge of UX/UI best practices, accessibility, and Section 508 compliance.
- Development experience using Microsoft .NET, Visual Studio, JavaScript, jQuery, web services, APIs, or related technologies.
- Experience with Intune or endpoint-related Microsoft cloud services.

- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, SC-300
- Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate, SC-400
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure, or related Microsoft certifications
