Job Description
The VP of Translational Immunology and Pharmacology will lead efforts to develop immunology and biomarker strategies to accelerate the transition from drug discovery to clinical development, focusing on transforming natural compounds into innovative medicines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead translational immunology efforts to accelerate the transition from discovery to clinical development.
- Develop and implement biomarker strategies to support clinical programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate immunology insights into drug development processes.
Requirements
- Expertise in immunology and biomarker development with a proven track record in accelerating the transition from discovery to clinical development.
- Experience in leading translational immunology and pharmacology teams or departments.
- Strong understanding of natural compounds and their transformation into medicines.
- Ability to drive innovation and impact within a remote, full-time leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to ask bold questions and take brave actions to advance drug discovery and development processes.
- Experience in bridging the gap between discovery and clinical development in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Proven leadership skills to manage and inspire a team in a remote capacity.
- Experience in developing or overseeing biomarker development programs relevant to immunology.
- Ability to contribute to a company culture built on curiosity, collaboration, and deep respect for team members.
