Job Description

The Technical Program Manager at EnergyHub will lead complex cross-team integration projects, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to implement and manage energy technology solutions that support a sustainable energy future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex, multi-disciplinary integration projects with cross-functional and external teams from start to finish.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues impacting program delivery.
  • Coordinate stakeholders, track progress, and ensure timely communication on project status and deadlines.
  • Establish and implement program management processes, standards, and playbooks for third-party integrations.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to align on program goals and priorities.
  • Drive requirements gathering, documentation, and operationalization of integrations with Product, Engineering, and Implementation Services teams.
  • Identify and track success metrics for integration projects.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience leading large cross-team initiatives.
  • A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and related technologies.
  • Experience working in a consulting environment, or otherwise experience coordinating with third-party business and technical teams.
  • The ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams.
  • Proven experience building new processes and rolling them out to teams and departments.
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders of all levels.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.

Compensation/salary range: $110,000 - $125,000 USD
