Job Description
The Senior Technical Program Manager at EnergyHub will lead complex cross-functional projects in the tech product engineering team, focusing on program management, process improvement, and collaboration to support the company's mission of creating a clean, distributed energy future.
Responsibilities
- •Lead and own multiple complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish with cross-functional teams.
- •Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues impacting program delivery.
- •Coordinate project progress, deadlines, and stakeholder updates.
- •Establish and maintain program management standards and best practices.
- •Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
- •Drive requirements gathering and documentation efforts across teams.
- •Track and analyze success metrics for projects.
- •Promote and drive adoption of agile methodologies within the organization.
Requirements
- •8 years of experience leading large cross-team initiatives
- •A strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and related technologies
- •The ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams
- •Proven experience building new processes and rolling them out to teams and departments
- •Comfort working with stakeholders of all levels
- •Ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
