Job Description
The Product Marketing Manager at EnergyHub is responsible for positioning and promoting the company's energy solutions to utilities and stakeholders, developing marketing collateral, supporting go-to-market strategies, and collaborating across teams to drive revenue and market adoption of distributed energy resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Become an expert on customer challenges related to distributed energy resource adoption and how solutions address grid needs
- Create and disseminate customer insights and develop compelling messaging and narratives aligned with company positioning
- Support and train Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams on the problems solved for buyers and users
- Develop marketing collateral such as sales enablement materials, product fact sheets, presentations, website content, and case studies
- Support go-to-market strategies for new product launches and features, including sales enablement and promotional activities
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, positioning strategies, and differentiation opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product information, conduct market research, and refine messaging
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, track KPIs, and recommend improvements
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the technology, energy, or utilities industry
- Bachelor's degree education or equivalent with a demonstrated understanding of product marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
- Curiosity and the ability to iterate quickly on new ideas
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and compelling messaging using simple, everyday language
- Demonstrated experience in developing impactful marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, presentations, and web content
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams such as product management, sales, client success, and engineering
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to identify and initiate new projects independently
- Passion for sustainability, renewable energy, and driving positive environmental impact
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Compensation/salary range: $110,000 - $130,000 USD
