Job Description
The Partner Solutions Manager at EnergyHub will manage relationships with distributed energy partners, ensuring operational success and identifying new partnership opportunities to enhance the company's ecosystem. This role involves collaboration across various teams to support business goals and improve partner integration within the clean energy technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of DER partners
- Manage partner-related work streams using project management software
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partners meet business and technical objectives
- Identify potential new DER partners and onboard them onto the software platform
- Advocate with partners for product and business process improvements
- Assist the accounting team in managing the monthly partner invoice process
- Support the Sales team with pre-sales technical and business consultation
- Research market opportunities and develop business cases for new partners
- Develop relationships with new potential partners via networking and industry events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and four to six years of work experience, preferably in a project management or consulting role.
- Adept at building and maintaining effective relationships with business and technical personnel across partners and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work streams concurrently.
- Exceptional analytical skills, capable of drilling down into data sets to identify trends and causality, and combining data from multiple sources for deeper insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical and business information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience solving complex problems across multiple stakeholders and technology platforms, with a proactive approach to identifying and removing blockers.
- Ability to make informed decisions with less-than-complete information and effectively influence key drivers to help projects progress.
- Familiar with contract and pricing terms, and experienced in negotiating and executing contracts with new technology partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
- Willing to travel periodically.
