Job Description
The Partner Solutions Coordinator at EnergyHub is responsible for managing and improving partner accounts and operations within the distributed energy resource ecosystem, facilitating onboarding, and resolving technical issues while collaborating with various internal teams to support the growth of utility programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and facilitate the continuous improvement of partner accounts and operations
- Support onboarding of new DER device partners through contracting and technical integration
- Aid in launching new programs with DER device partners
- Resolve technical and operational issues with partners by collaborating with other teams
- Review and approve partner invoicing and accruals for accuracy
- Update internal databases and maintain resources essential for partner and program growth
- Develop and document new processes for partner-specific operations
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience working in climate tech, project management, operations or another relevant role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven organizational and project management skills, and a history of getting things done in the most efficient way.
- Ability to align stakeholders to reach a common goal.
- Flexible work style, with the ability to work on multiple work streams at once and independently prioritize work based on changing priorities.
