Job Description
The Senior Counsel will be a key member of the legal team, primarily supporting the commercial and EPC efforts of Energy Vault, a company focused on providing innovative energy solutions for the global transition to renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support commercial and EPC efforts of the company
- Serve as a key member of the legal team
- Report to the Chief Legal Officer/General Counsel
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, with a focus on commercial and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracts.
- Experience in the energy sector, particularly in renewable energy or related fields.
- Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a legal team and across various departments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
