Job Description
The Manager or Senior Manager of Sales at Energy Vault will be responsible for managing key accounts, engaging with customers, and negotiating deals throughout the sales cycle, while promoting the company's renewable energy solutions. This role requires strong commercial skills, frequent travel, and a focus on generating revenue and managing a pipeline of opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts and respond to customer inquiries
- Present Energy Vault's products and services effectively
- Devise solutions to create value for clients
- Manage customer expectations and deliverables throughout the sales cycle
- Negotiate deals from proposal submittal to contract signing
- Conduct detailed due diligence on public RFPs and make recommendations
- Manage and grow a pipeline of opportunities using established CRM processes
- Represent Energy Vault in customer meetings and industry events
- Follow up with stakeholders to close deals
Requirements
- Proven customer engagement and negotiation skills to manage key accounts and respond to customer inquiries.
- Ability to effectively present Energy Vault's products and services and devise solutions to create value for clients.
- Experience managing customer expectations and deliverables throughout the sales cycle.
- Proven ability to negotiate deals from proposal submittal to contract signing.
- Experience conducting detailed due diligence on public RFPs and making recommendations on pursuing available opportunities in the market.
- Experience managing and growing a pipeline of opportunities using established CRM processes.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
- Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and sell MWh as primary Key Performance Indicators.
