Job Description
The Emerging Technologies Associate at Energy Solutions supports energy efficiency and carbon reduction initiatives by managing project files, conducting research, analyzing energy savings, and collaborating with teams to develop and implement high-impact programs aimed at advancing sustainable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process files from market actors and handle qualified sales submissions to promote energy savings and carbon reduction.
- Develop and operationalize processes to capture and validate claims that support high-impact energy efficiency programs.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to management and clients.
- Conduct technology research, perform energy savings calculations, and analyze data.
- Interact regularly with clients and assist in program design and implementation.
- Identify and schedule resources needed to complete projects.
- Organize and facilitate in-person meetings and conference calls.
- Maintain tracking systems related to partnerships and program participation metrics.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree OR a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a related position in lieu of a bachelor’s degree
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability in regard to project focus
- Demonstrated commitment to and consistency in quality control practices
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work and thrive independently and juggle multiple competing priorities
- Proactive and collaborative problem-solving approach
- Experience using Microsoft Office
Benefits & Perks
Salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 annually, with a target of $66,500 based on experience and qualifications
