Job Description
A summer internship position supporting the Business Development team at Encore Renewable Energy, focusing on renewable energy project origination, development, finance, and land acquisition through outreach, research, GIS analysis, and financial modeling.
Key Responsibilities
- Support renewable energy project origination, development, finance, and construction management activities.
- Assist with customer and land acquisition efforts through outreach campaigns.
- Conduct GIS analysis and site research for project development.
- Evaluate project financial models to support decision-making.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student with the skills, experience, and aptitude to serve as a Business Development Intern.
- Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, from Tuesday, May 26 through Friday, August 14.
- Support the firm’s renewable energy project origination, development, finance, and construction management activities.
- Work across the entire portfolio of Encore’s project development activities, including supporting customer and land acquisition efforts.
- Utilize outreach campaigns, GIS analysis, site research, and project financial model evaluation to support project development activities.
- Demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation and team orientation.
