Job Description

The Human Resources Coordinator supports the employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, training, retention, and offboarding, while managing employee records, HRIS data, and reporting, acting as a key partner within the HR team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, development, retention, and offboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records and status changes within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Generate reports on employee data and analytics.
  • Perform general administrative duties related to human resources functions.

Requirements

  • Possess the ability to act as a dynamic partner to the organization and be readily available to take on new tasks and opportunities to learn as they arise.
  • Experience or knowledge in managing employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, engagement implementation (including execution and strategy), development and training, retention, and offboarding.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and maintain employee status changes, updates to employee records, and maintenance of electronic personnel files within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Ability to report on employee data and analytics accurately.
  • Possess strong administrative skills to handle general administrative duties related to human resources functions.
