The Human Resources Coordinator supports the employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, training, retention, and offboarding, while managing employee records, HRIS data, and reporting, acting as a key partner within the HR team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, development, retention, and offboarding.
Maintain and update employee records and status changes within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Generate reports on employee data and analytics.
Perform general administrative duties related to human resources functions.
Requirements
Possess the ability to act as a dynamic partner to the organization and be readily available to take on new tasks and opportunities to learn as they arise.
Experience or knowledge in managing employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, engagement implementation (including execution and strategy), development and training, retention, and offboarding.
Ability to communicate effectively and maintain employee status changes, updates to employee records, and maintenance of electronic personnel files within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Ability to report on employee data and analytics accurately.
Possess strong administrative skills to handle general administrative duties related to human resources functions.
