Key Responsibilities
Support audiovisual systems across The Empire State Building Observatory, amenity lounges, and conference rooms.
Provide first-line IT AV support for hardware and software-related questions, concerns, and tasks.
Ensure reliable AV performance for events and meetings.
Manage AV workflows and maintain exhibits.
Deliver high-quality, white-glove service to users and clients.
Requirements
Support audiovisual systems across The Empire State Building Observatory, amenity lounges, and conference rooms.
Provide prompt and accurate first line IT AV support, assisting with AV hardware and software-related questions, concerns, and tasks.
Ensure reliable performance of AV systems for events and meetings.
Manage AV workflows to support operational needs.
Maintain exhibits related to AV systems.
Deliver white-glove service to clients and staff regarding AV support.
Work on an afternoon and evening schedule, requiring a five-day on-site work week.
Provide mandatory holiday coverage for AV support.
Availability to work overtime and double-time pay when required.
