The AV Support Engineer provides first-line support for audiovisual systems at the Empire State Building, ensuring reliable performance for events and meetings, managing AV workflows, and delivering high-quality service across various building locations.
Key Responsibilities
Support audiovisual systems across The Empire State Building Observatory, amenity lounges, and conference rooms.
Provide first-line IT AV support for hardware and software-related issues.
Ensure reliable AV performance for events and meetings.
Manage AV workflows and maintain exhibits.
Deliver high-quality, white-glove service to users and clients.
Requirements
Support audiovisual systems across The Empire State Building Observatory (ESBO), amenity lounges, and conference rooms.
Provide prompt and accurate first line IT AV support, assisting with AV hardware and software-related questions, concerns, and tasks.
Ensure reliable performance of AV systems for events and meetings.
Manage AV workflows effectively.
Maintain exhibits related to AV systems.
Deliver white-glove service to clients and staff.
Work on an afternoon/evening shift, five days a week on site.
Provide holiday coverage as required.
Work overtime and double-time pay when applicable.
