Job Description
A Workday HCM Core Administrator Configurator responsible for post-go-live stabilization, ongoing management of Core HCM, security, reporting, integrations, and release processes, ensuring the system remains accurate, compliant, and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead post-go-live stabilization of Workday HCM system
- Manage ongoing ownership of Core HCM, security, reporting, EIBs, and integrations
- Oversee release management for Workday updates
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, Legal, and Compliance to ensure Workday accuracy, compliance, and scalability
Requirements
- Experience as a Workday HCM Core Administrator Configurator with hands-on involvement in post-go-live stabilization and ongoing ownership of Core HCM, HCM security, reporting, EIBs, integrations, and release management.
- Ability to partner with HR, Finance, IT, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure Workday is accurate, compliant, and scalable.
