Job Description
A Senior Project Manager responsible for overseeing renewable energy projects, including biomass, hydroelectric, and storage facilities, for a leading British renewable energy company across the UK, Poland, or Ukraine.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee renewable energy projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Lead project teams and facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in project management within the renewable energy sector, specifically with zero-carbon power generation, biomass production, renewable electricity generation, or related assets.
- Proven track record of managing projects related to renewable energy assets, including biomass, hydroelectric, and pumped hydro storage facilities.
- Ability to manage projects across multiple locations, specifically in the United Kingdom, Poland, or Ukraine (Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil).
- Demonstrated experience in leading and coordinating complex projects in the renewable energy industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to oversee project teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Experience in delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
