Job Description
A Senior Database Oracle Developer responsible for supporting a US Government-funded project to modernize HR and payroll systems, based in Europe, with a focus on database development and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Oracle database solutions for HR and payroll modernization.
- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with project teams to implement database requirements and enhancements.
Requirements
- Experience as a Senior Database Oracle Developer with a strong background in Oracle database development and administration.
- Proficiency in developing, maintaining, and optimizing Oracle database systems to support HR and payroll processes.
- Ability to work on a US Government-funded project, understanding the specific requirements and standards associated with government projects.
- Based in Croatia, Poland, or other European countries, with the willingness to work remotely or relocate if necessary.
- Demonstrated experience in modernizing HR and payroll systems through database development and integration.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles relevant to database development and maintenance.
- Experience working in a team environment within a software development company, preferably with exposure to custom software development projects.
