Job Description
The Sales Manager for Doctor ELEKS is responsible for promoting and selling a Ukrainian medical information system that automates healthcare workflows, helping to improve efficiency and transparency in clinics across the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities for the Doctor ELEKS product in Ukraine
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals
- Present and demonstrate the Doctor ELEKS system to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and solutions are delivered effectively
Requirements
- Experience in sales management, specifically related to medical or healthcare products, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies for the product Doctor ELEKS within the Ukrainian market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients, partners, and stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and/or English to facilitate communication with local clients and international partners.
- Understanding of the medical information systems industry and the automation of clinical workflows, including familiarity with the needs of clinics, doctors, and patients.
- Willingness to work in an office environment located in Ukraine.
