Job Description
The role involves implementing and supporting the Doctor ELEKS Medical Cabinet, a healthcare information system designed to automate and streamline medical facility operations to improve the quality of healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support the Doctor ELEKS Medical Cabinet product in medical facilities
- Automate and simplify the operational processes of medical institutions using the system
- Assist healthcare providers in adopting and effectively utilizing the medical information system
Requirements
- Experience in the implementation and support of medical information systems, specifically related to medical practice automation and management.
- Ability to automate and simplify the functioning of medical institutions to improve the quality of medical services.
- Proven experience in deploying and maintaining software products within healthcare or similar environments.
- Strong understanding of medical workflows and processes to effectively support the Doctor ELEKS Medical Cabinet product.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with medical professionals and technical staff to ensure successful product implementation.
- Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for medical software systems.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and continuously improve system support processes.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards relevant to medical information systems is desirable but not explicitly mandatory.
- Physical and mental capacity to perform duties associated with software implementation and support roles, including on-site visits if required.
