• Maintain personnel records in accordance with current legislation and established state standards
• Maintain military records in accordance with current legislation and established state standards
• Register employment, transfer, and dismissal of employees in accordance with the current labor law and regulations, instructions and orders approved by the company using appropriate forms and computer applications
• Form and maintain personal files and data base of employees
• Enter data into the personnel/payroll system
• Fill, record keep and storage work books, accounting of employment history
• Archive personnel files, prepare documents for shelving to the State Archives, if the time of storage in the enterprise has passed on
• Provide personal data for accounting department, extra budgetary funds and tax inspectorate
• Prepare with accountants documents required to obtain social benefits, granting of pensions, allowances and benefits to employees and their families and transfer them to the Social Welfare Authorities
• Issue all kind of personnel certificates
• Maintains computerized and paper records of employees, including records of annual leave, sick leave, leave without pay, and overtime. Prepares various personnel related reports for administrative staff and state authorities
• Knowledge of fundamentals of office procedures and organization
• Knowledge of principles, procedures, and practices of personnel recordkeeping
• Experience with Jira, BAS, 1C
• At least B1 level of English
• Good MS Office knowledge
• Experience with DIIA City would be a plus
