Job Description
The Human Resources Data Analyst is responsible for utilizing data analytics to improve HR decision-making and organizational performance, managing HR dashboards and reports, and supporting HRMS implementation in Ukraine.
Responsibilities
- •Leverage data analytics to enhance HR decision-making processes
- •Handle HR dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests
- •Prepare data for audits and surveys
- •Participate in HRMS implementation
- •Provide quick and effective solutions to Executive team members' queries
Requirements
- •Strong analytical mindset.
- •Proficiency in data analysis tools.
- •Deep understanding of HR metrics.
- •Experience in handling HR dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests.
- •Experience in preparing data for audits and surveys.
- •Involvement in HRMS implementation.
