Job Description
The Human Resources Data Analyst is responsible for utilizing data analytics to improve HR decision-making and organizational performance, managing HR dashboards and reports, and supporting HRMS implementation in Ukraine.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage data analytics to enhance HR decision-making processes
- Handle HR dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests
- Prepare data for audits and surveys
- Participate in HRMS implementation
- Provide quick and effective solutions to Executive team members' queries
Requirements
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Deep understanding of HR metrics.
- Experience in handling HR dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests.
- Experience in preparing data for audits and surveys.
- Involvement in HRMS implementation.
- Ability to provide quick and effective solutions to Executive team members' queries.
