Job Description
A Global Mobility Specialist responsible for managing employee relocation and mobility processes within ELEKS, a custom software development company, across various locations in Ukraine.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate international employee relocations and assignments
- Ensure compliance with global mobility policies and regulations
- Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on mobility processes
Requirements
- Experience or knowledge related to global mobility processes and practices (implied by the job title and responsibilities).
- Ability to work in locations including Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, or Kyiv.
- Proficiency in managing or coordinating international employee mobility activities.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with employees and stakeholders across different regions.
- Ability to handle responsibilities related to human capital administration in a global context.
