Job Description
The Digitalization Solution Business Analyst will analyze and support digitalization projects related to sustainable mobility and energy distribution solutions for districts, working with a German consulting firm in Croatia or Poland.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze digitalization solutions for sustainable mobility and energy distribution projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for digital solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solution Business Analyst or in a similar business analysis role, with a focus on digitalization projects.
- Ability to analyze and understand digitalization solutions related to sustainable mobility and energy distribution for districts.
- Experience working on projects for clients in Germany, or in international environments involving German companies, is preferred.
- Willingness to work in Croatia or Poland, with the ability to operate effectively in these locations.
- Strong understanding of business processes related to mobility and energy distribution solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Relevant educational background in Business Analysis, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
- Ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to digitalization initiatives.
- Experience in developing and presenting solution proposals based on business needs.
- Knowledge of digitalization technologies and trends relevant to sustainable mobility and energy distribution is preferred.
