Job Description
The Electrical Power Engineering Lead is responsible for overseeing electrical power engineering projects, providing technical expertise, and leading teams to develop innovative solutions in the electrical power sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrical power engineering projects and initiatives
- Design, analyze, and optimize electrical power systems
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical power engineering, with demonstrated leadership in a similar role.
- Have a bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of electrical power systems, including design, analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Show proven experience in leading electrical power engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Possess strong technical skills in electrical system modeling, simulation, and analysis tools relevant to power engineering.
- Have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Be able to work in a physically demanding environment, including the ability to handle equipment and perform site inspections as required.
- Exhibit a strong commitment to safety standards and practices in electrical power engineering environments.
