Job Description
The VP, Talent Growth will lead the development and implementation of talent development programs at D-Wave, focusing on creating career opportunities for employees and building a diverse leadership pipeline. This role also involves overseeing HR operations in the EMEA region and requires strong relationship-building skills to enhance program adoption.
Key Responsibilities
