Job Description

The HR Business Partner will drive HR initiatives and programs across the Sales and R&D teams, focusing on employee engagement, workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations. This hybrid role requires hands-on HR experience and involves balancing strategic partnership with operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive HR initiatives and programs across Sales and R&D teams
  • Support employee engagement and workforce planning
  • Manage performance and employee relations
  • Provide coaching and development
  • Facilitate the adoption of HR programs across the organization

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in Human Resources.
  • Ability to balance HR business partnership with day-to-day operational responsibilities.
  • Support the business in employee engagement, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, coaching and development.
  • This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days in the Burnaby, BC office.
  • This role reports into the Senior Manager, Human Resources.
