Job Description
The HR Business Partner will drive HR initiatives and programs across the Sales and R&D teams, focusing on employee engagement, workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations. This hybrid role requires hands-on HR experience and involves balancing strategic partnership with operational responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- •Drive HR initiatives and programs across Sales and R&D teams
- •Support employee engagement and workforce planning
- •Manage performance and employee relations
- •Provide coaching and development
- •Facilitate the adoption of HR programs across the organization
Requirements
- •Hands-on experience in Human Resources.
- •Ability to balance HR business partnership with day-to-day operational responsibilities.
- •Support the business in employee engagement, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, coaching and development.
- •This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days in the Burnaby, BC office.
- •This role reports into the Senior Manager, Human Resources.
