Job Description
The Field Marketing Manager EMEA is responsible for planning and executing marketing programs to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales growth in the EMEA region, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute high-impact marketing programs in the EMEA region
- Drive brand awareness and generate leads and pipeline
- Move prospects through the sales cycle
- Build customer loyalty
- Collaborate with sales and corporate marketing to develop integrated campaigns
- Coordinate participation in trade shows and marketing events
- Develop strategic marketing plans aligned with revenue goals
- Implement tactical marketing activities to support regional objectives
Requirements
- Experience in planning and executing high-impact marketing programs in the EMEA region.
- Ability to drive brand awareness, generate leads and pipeline, move prospects through the sales cycle, and build customer loyalty.
- Proven ability to collaborate with local sales and corporate marketing functions to develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned with revenue goals.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments.
- Strong strategic planning and tactical execution skills, with high-level conceptual thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally about 30% of the time, typically 1 to 4 trade shows or DroneDeploy-hosted events per quarter.
- Availability to work primarily Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM BST, with some flexibility required due to events and travel.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment with three days per week in-office at London City near Moorgate Station when not traveling.
