Job Description
The Customer Success Manager at DroneDeploy is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key enterprise customers in the AEC industry, ensuring the effective adoption and usage of the company's reality capture platform to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and build relationships with key enterprise customers in the AEC industry.
- Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on reality capture products and solutions.
- Enable customers post-sale to increase adoption and usage of DroneDeploy's platform.
- Ensure high customer retention and support account growth through renewals and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to manage renewals and drive account expansion.
- Work with marketing to develop co-promotional plans for customer engagement.
- Liaise with product management to communicate customer feedback and improve the platform.
Requirements
- Experience in managing relationships with enterprise customers within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
- Ability to act as a reality capture subject matter expert, trusted advisor, and customer advocate.
- Proven track record of post-sale enablement, increasing adoption and usage of software solutions, and ensuring high retention and account growth.
- Experience working closely with sales representatives to manage renewals and drive expansion opportunities.
- Experience collaborating with marketing teams to create co-promotional plans.
- Experience working with product management teams to communicate the voice of the customer and contribute to platform improvements.
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop open and honest relationships with customers.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on providing world-class products and services.
- Ability to define and deliver value to customer partners through strategic influence.
- Experience working in a remote environment or with remote teams is preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts related to reality capture and drone technology.
- Commitment to understanding and supporting customer projects to make a measurable impact on their business outcomes.
