Product Development Engineer

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical design • Strong knowledge of mechanical parts and computer-aided design (CAD) is a requirement • Solid experience in Product Lifecycle Management for design documentation and revisioning • Manufacturing experience is strongly appreciated • Solid theoretical knowledge in fluid mechanics, thermal management, solid mechanics (compression, material resistance) is a nice to have • Good knowledge of suppliers for prototype components manufacturing • Experience in electrolyzer or fuel cell stack design such as from hydrogen electrolysis or chlor-alkali electrolysis is a nice to have but not a requirement • English is our daily work language. • Exemplary work ethic and self-driven attitude: you get things done fast and to a high standard and you don't drop the ball • "Street-smart": you don't take no for an answer and will figure out a way to solve anything with the means available • Commitment to the mission and ambition and to creating a kind, high-performance and fun atmosphere at work (100% on-site role) • Passion for innovation and problem-solving attitude • Dedication to investing time and effort for the betterment of the team • Going the extra 20% that makes a good deliverable into an outstanding deliverable • Humble, low-ego and curious
