Job Description
- 2-4 Years of experience in HR or payroll administration, preferably in an IT or technical business - Completed commercial training in payroll accounting - Knowledge of tax, social security, and employment law - Proficient in and English communication - Experience with HRIS and payroll systems such as SAP SuccessFacto
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in multi-country EMEA payroll operations.
- Proven experience with international payroll vendors (e.g., ADP, CloudPay, or similar platforms).
- Sound understanding of EMEA payroll legislation, compliance, and reporting obligations.
- Experience managing payroll for globally mobile employees and equity compensation (RSU/ESPP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with HRIS/ERP systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal); additional EMEA languages are an advantage.
- Ability to operate effectively in a complex, fast-paced, and international matrix environment.
