Manager Data Center Operations

Your role The Manager Data Center (MDC) is responsible for leading a team and managing a group of sites to ensure optimal operational performance and infrastructure reliability. The role is executed along the four pillars of the Operations Strategy: Service Excellence, Infrastructure Excellence, Sustainability, and Governance, Risk & Compliance. The MDC is accountable for all site-level activities including maintenance, repairs, upgrades, expansions, and customer service delivery. This includes full responsibility for asset and capacity management, aligned to company standards and compliance requirements. As the single point of contact for all site-related matters, the MDC provides direction and operational oversight, monitors all SLAs and KPIs, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
