Exceptional leadership, communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience within a leading management consulting firm (e.g., Big4, AlixPartners, Bain, McKinsey, BCG, or equivalent) supporting M&A integrations, post-merger integration initiatives, carve-outs, synergy realization, and operating model design.
Experience designing governance frameworks, executive steering committees, and enterprise integration methodologies.
Experience supporting acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, or business integrations within data center, technology, infrastructure, telecommunications, real estate, or related industries.
Experience working across the APAC geography with a strong understanding of regional business dynamics and stakeholder management.
Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and drive execution across diverse global teams.
