Datacenter - Construction Senior Manager (H/F/X)

• Management de projet de construction (multiple) de Campus Datacenter (design, appel d’offres, construction, réception …)
• Suivi des travaux
• Communication avec les parties prenantes
• Management d’équipe
• Gestion des contrats et suivi des achats (gros équipements)
• Être le garant de la qualité, du calendrier, des coûts, de la santé - sécurité - environnement la et de livraison du projet
• Management et encadrement de prestataires en fournissant des conseils et un soutien.
• Responsable du développement de solutions d'économies de coûts et de l'identification précoce d'économies de projet/dépassements pour garantir le maintien des valeurs cibles tout en assurant une livraison prévisible de la capacité à l'entreprise.
• Promouvoir et modéliser une attitude d'amélioration continue, de partenariat et de travail d'équipe dans les comportements et les communications.
• The role is responsible for the comprehensive planning, coordination, and execution of data Center construction projects from inception to completion. This includes managing project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient and effective delivery. The role demands proactive identification and mitigation of risks, as well as the enforcement of rigorous safety and quality standards. The Construction Manager fosters a collaborative environment among diverse teams and stakeholders, driving the adoption of standardized best practices and governance frameworks. Additionally, the position supports operational improvements and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring that reporting and strategy implementation are aligned with organizational goals. Acting as a safety thought leader, the Construction Manager upholds a culture of safety and continuous improvement across all construction operations.

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) - Proven experience as a construction/project manager or director, preferably in data Center projects - Deep knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and industry best practices - Proficiency in project management software/tools - Familiarity with data Center design, infrastructure, and MEP systems - Strong understanding of relevant building codes, regulations, and standards - Fluent in English (oral and written); additional regional language preferred - 4-7 Years of relevant experience
