Contract Management - Contract Manager

The specialist is responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management for global and international accounts, ensuring that contracts are accurately created, monitored, and archived in accordance with company policies. They provide day-to-day support to the sales and International Business Management teams, addressing client inquiries and facilitating smooth contract administration. The role requires active participation in contract-related projects, including customer lifecycle management and mergers & acquisitions, while maintaining the integrity of contract records in relevant systems. Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams are crucial to ensure the accuracy and completeness of contract and customer data. The specialist also plays a key role in safeguarding revenue objectives and supporting compliance initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in contract management or legal operations.
• Strong knowledge of contract law principles and commercial agreements.
• Proven experience managing high-volume, deadline-driven environments.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with CLM platforms (preferably Conga).
• Experience working closely with in-house Legal teams.
• Experience with contract negotiation.
• Experience in the data center industry.
• Experience in a global or multi-regional organization.
• Advanced degree (e.g., JD, MBA) is a plus.
• Experience with a Big Four firm is considered an advantage.
